Ear Ache - Sqad?

I had my ears syringed about 12 weeks ago. Ever since then I regularly get a dull ache in my left ear. I may have once perferated the ear drum in this ear but that would have been about 20 odd years ago (and I don't remember it which is why I only say 'may'). It's not excrutiating pain which is why I haven't been to the docs. Any ideas?

p.s. sorry for all the spelling mistakes.

Yeah, to be honest any sort of wine sends be bonkers. Think I better stick to the tea on a school night.
