Lack of investment in the Team as Everton have no money for rebuilding their Squad.
The only way they can raise sufficient funds is to sell players.
David Moyes is a good Manager but his hands are tied.

Being a Bolton supporter I was there. My impression of Everton was that they rely too much on Fellaini and while I think he's a good player,he isn't good enough to be the man a team is built around. In general,I think Moyes has done well for Everton,allow him one bad season.I can't see you going down and come next season he'll come good again. With Everton's resources,it's unlikey to find anyone as good
