I've got some garlic bulbs which are to be sown in spring. They are sprouting already. I haven't got anywhere to put them outside (yet) but I do have a polytunnel which is heated. Will they be OK in there or do they need to be outside?

Garlic bulbs are usually planted end of December and January preferably outside.
