I have a vegetable emergency, If i don't use my cauliflower today it will go off.

Anybody have a tasty cauliflower recipe? A soup maybe?

steam it for 10 mins cover with a cheese sauce (any packet of cheese sauce from your supermarket) with added grated cheese chucked in, and a baked potato.

thanks for that. i'm tempted to do a cauli. gratin but wondered if roast potatoes on the side would be too much? but if you have yours with a baked potato than it shouldn't be too much? heavens to betsy!

You could always put a layer of mashed or sliced potatoes in a dish put the cauliflower on the top then cover with cheese sauce, you can always add bits of crispy bacon on top of the potatoes its yummy
