you could make a whisky cream liquer!.......really lovely! melt a bar of chocolate about 8ozs, add a small amount from half a bottle of whisky (cheapest you can buy is fine) add the condensed milk and a can of evaporated milk, about the same quantity, and finally add a small carton of single cream, store in the fridge, shake often, if it lasts that long!............It keeps for about a month!.....
1. Crust biscuits with a rolling pin in a sandwich bag. Melt butter and stir in biscuit crumbs, until they are coated throughly. Press down firmly in flan tin and chill in fridge.
2. Mix together cream, condensed milk and finely grated rind with electric beater at a slow setting
3. Slowly add lemon juice to cream mixture - this will thicken quickly - pour into flan tin and refridgerate
4. Spoon or pipe whipped cream on top and sprinkle chocolate over the top!
You can substitute limes for lemons and ginger nuts for digestives to make key lime pie! And you don't have to put the topping on, I often don't bother
In my pre weight watching days I used to keep a tin in the fridge with a spoon, so when I wanted a bit of a pick up thats what I had, but when I got to 13stone I decided that I had picked up far to much and stopped buying It.
