Stained toilet bowl

My toilet bowl has become stained. usually Domestos and a brush do the trick but not this time. Can anyone recommend another product which may be more effective?

I'd certainly prefer to put it down the toilet than drink it. And I'd get the real cheapo stuff - they all contain phosphoric acid.

I must add something to this thread as it got me trying to really clean the toilet. And the award goes to Harpic limescale remover. I had to use it over a period of about 3 nights but it is now totally clean!!!!!!!!!!
