My husband has just asked me if I can remember some recipe he used to use from over twenty years ago (and that I didn't actually eat) - I can't even remember my own name some days.

Hi Sherr - do you mean remember as in recall the ingredients/method? Try googling Delia's Cooking for One in that case ;o)
Maybe it was beans on toast or eggy bread??

Hi both - I'm sure he's made it all up. He reckons it's got onions and grain mustard in (and some other stuff) and that he had it with pork chops (as he rarely cooks I am sure I would remember it).
Have a look at Nigella's website for mustard pork chops.
If it's not the recipe he wants it's still yummy and takes practically no time at all.
