Itunes 6 Wont Play

Since ugrading to iTunes 6, I have not been able to play any .mp3s. WAV files play with no problem - does anyone have any idea what's causing this?

Are you using a Mac or a crappy Pc?

PC nowadays. I had an imac when I was at uni and was never overly impressed with it.

Go to Add/remove programs in control panel

(Start button - settings - control panel), go to itunes and highlight it. Choose to repair and see how that goes, otherwise, back up your tracks, remove and reinstall..

...and after being on the receiving end of  apple's customer service and support, I would ask - are you using a pc or a crappy Mac? They are such a waste of time and money. Not what they were and not what they should've been, not what they say they are and not what people think they are. You're really not missing out. And will they ever find out how to write a decent instruction manual.....

sorry, you have to click on change/remove before you repair
