Has anyone bought a sofa from there? I want to buy a 3 seater sofa and chair from there. any replies welcome.

We've bought our last 3 sofas from there and had no problems.

We bought two new sofas around 9 months ago. The service and delivery was very good, however the quality of the cushioning on the seats is very poor. Need to be plumped every time you sit down. I'm disappointed with them.

i have had both a DFS sofa and one i bought from a "proper" furniture makers
In my opinion, they were not all that different in price (the camp hopson one was ex display so cheaper)
the ch one is much better in quality though

Not to be confused with DFS Furniture from whom we ordered a wardrobe on-line. There was quite a long delivery time as it was coming from Germany but since it was just what we wanted we accepted this. Once the promised delivery date had passed, the wardrobe hadn't appeared and calls to DFS were unanswered. Fortunately, the bank reimbursed us but I notice that DFS Furniture are still trading.

Have had two sofas and armchairs and had the same problem with both of them. Seat cushions were a miserable failure, apart from other problems.

Bought two sofas three years ago from a reputable manufacturer in sale (no difference in price from DFS) and am delighted with them. They will last for years!!
