Fun in Las Vegas

Apart from the obvious, can anyone recommend any really interesting and fun things to do in and around Las Vegas. Have use of a hire car so can travel. thanks

There's an indoor skydiving centre which is great fun.

Also, www.lvms.com motor speedway, if you're into that kind of thing.

How long are you going for, and when?

Go to Fremont Street at night and see the sky show. Its free and starts at 7:30 and is one every half hour. There are several different shows and they are spectacular. This is in the old part of the strip and has several old casino's. A fun place to just stroll around.

when you check in your hotel ask for a free Whats On magazine they give you all the info and ideas.If you are going to do any shopping then use the out of town malls they are much cheaper then the touristy ones on the Strip.
