a quick way to say thanks...such as click a button on either the post or the posters name and a thanls pops up.

or click on post title an it slots in a thanks all post...

perhaps in the form of bright letters or an icon

i personally couldnt care less if i am not thanked...
i dont come here to get thanks...sure its nice, but not important
the only time i wish people would come back and say something is if ive given them an unusual idea and im curious as to whether it worked.

i have said it before on here that anyone who gets huffy about it needs to chill...theres no obligation to thank at all

it was just a thought, as ive heard people complain that someone hasnt thanked them...
i do thank sometimes but not always because i forget or its too much of a faff...i am always grateful for help of course, and i say thanks at the end of my questions

I think ... I wouldn't want one, because I'm always on my desktop computer when I am on AB, and I've no idea of the difficulties people say that they encounter when they are accessing AB from a phone. It's dead easy to say thanks, though - I fear that the threads would be filled up with lots of thanks every time someone posted any response.
