Horrendous Road Crash M5

Having just watched breaking news of this terrible accident with 26 cars and lorries etc, can't imagine what the emergency people are facing and indeed the poor souls injured and worse (they have said some fatalities) must be going through. Must be terrible, I wonder if anyone here knows more about it?

Just for the record I'm pretty miffed that my post here was removed as I was saying that no-one knew what the cause was - it could have been heart failure etc- and to suggest that the people posting unpleasant comments stopped it and thought again. Nothing I said was inflammatory, unpleasant or anything else against Site Rules, so why the hell was my post removed and some other people's who politely disagreed with what steve originally had to say? That's really not on:(

Agree! Mine was removed, and all I said was I thought Steve was being insensitive.

No idea why it got deleted so I say it again.

Repsect to all emergency services and my deepest sympathies to those who lost loved ones.

And we're about to see the speed limit on Motorways raised to 80mph, and MOTs reduced to every 2 years.
This at a time when road fatalities rose for recently for the first time in years ...

No more bodies have been found in the wreckage, thank god.. and the vehicles are all now removed... we live alongside the motorway where it happened, and its been eerily quiet! Terrible accident, Taunton's been very quiet this weekend! Our thoughts go out to all those involved.
