not sure what to do

10 days on and don't feel significantly better. The cold, viral infection lingers on, and have had bad stomach problems, like spasms in the gut, grips then goes away, then comes back, going on for 4 days. I have almost finished the course of antibiotics. My ears are so blocked that i can hardly hear radio, it all sounds so far away. Doctor said if i haven't improved after a week, should give me them a ring, but did think the medication would at least help. Any advice most welcome.

going tomorrow, but doctor says if feel worse this evening to call out of hours number. I can't get warm, and if it's a virus, then it's taking it's bloody time to go.

My advice would be to get into bed and stay there! Also, drink plenty of fluids.
