Graphics card

Im going to upgrade to new a graphics card for my PC, not for gaming but for videos at 1080p on youtube etc. What would you recommend?

Motherboard:
PCchips M848a rev 2.1
AMD Sempron 2.2 GHz
2GB Memory

You could buy the world’s most expensive PC & display – and still the Youtube videos would appear cr@p.

The resolution is incredibly low, it not sure how many pixels it is but it struggles at 360p.

And I meant the youtube thing like being able to play 1080p not improve the video its self

Nothing to do with your video card. If it struggles to play YouTube videos at higher resolutions it's because you have a slow internet connection.
The answer is to either get a faster connection, or to start the video and immediately pause it and wait for it to fully download before pressing play.
