While certain types of exercise might firm up your stomach muscles slightly, the difference in the appearance of your tummy will probably be negligible. It's the fat you need to concentrate on, and ANY form of aerobic exercise will help to burn it off.

Zumba is good coz its cardio work
Body pump class too
And spin class
I try to do classes to keep my heart rate upan therefore burn fat- i findo cardio such as cross trainer/ treadmill BORING!! Then use weights and sit ups to sort out your tum muscles. Have to do the cardio to burn the fat to show off your nice toned tum muscles though!!! Hehe xx

Eating on the go makes you ingest air and slows down digestion. Eat in a calm, quiet setting, sitting at a table, and spend at least 30 minutes eating, chewing every mouthful well.Eat fruit and veg which is easy to digest, drains the body and helps eliminate toxins. Go easy on ‘floury’ vegetables which are not the best for fragile stomachs and intestines (dried fruit and potatoes)
