Problem with TV

Over about the last 2 months I've been having problems with the screen pixilating on my TV (we've already had the digital switchover). It's been so bad sometimes that I've been watching it through my digibox where the reception has been better.
Tonight I've had trouble watching it altogether so I've re-tuned the TV and the digibox.
They both show as having 111 channels, but it is impossible to watch (on either) channels 10 and 11....................any ideas please?
I had an all singing all dancing aerial fitted when I bought the digibox 5 years ago..................

Pull all the aerial connections out the back of the boxes and TV and re-fit them (give them a clean with a scourer wouldn't hurt either) after 5years the cable might have got a little corrosion on them.

We have a similar problem but it only started after the switchover, was all ok before that. One of the main problem channels is Itv 3 - we can hardly watch that.
