Why did we hear very little about India's long range nuclear missile test, yet when North Korea recently tested such a weapon there was huge indignation shown?

Israel is in love with itself, no one else, a national Narcissus.

The difference is that the West is not perceived as a threat - the danger that they will very much practice an eye for an eye if somebody lobs a missile at them, and hence why they have mitigated the risk in the past, such as the subversive attacks on Iran's nuclear resources, both assets and people - remember the Mossad UK passport scandal in Dubai......
