Had a brill session today.

Glad i moved it till today instead of yesterday so i could have a lazy day!

Back next week.... He was even a bit open mouthed at some things i said, and thanked me for sharing. I find it hard not to beat myself up over certain feelings but he said i cant controll feelings, if anything ive to beat up over behaviour which i can controll......makes sense!!

Also...finished 3months of dental work today i feel BRILL after scale and polish! My first! Proud of my "healthy mouth"

Hows all your days been and those having counselling? Xxx

Tinks...I TOLD YOU no good will come from reading that mummy porn !!! lol,,
I have found, once you have got over the crying bit, they can't seem to offer anything else, but keeping diaries of feelings etc on a day to day basis.

All three books MM lol!! Xxxx
I'm a counsellor, and yours knows what they're doing. There really is a known collection of cognitive principles (whether or not the counsellor is officially using that method) as they come not from counselling but real life and adopted by it. It was because I learned them in real life and found myself applying them directly to people who asked me for help I found my career calling and have been doing it ever since. A lot really is common sense regulated by organised presentation, but don't tell everyone ;)
