shame that they can't have the closing ceremony after the Paralympics.
After all they are just as committed to their sports, work as hard if not harder. Sundays closing ceremony will be mostly music according to sneak previews, let's hope that Sir Paul isn't rolled out again, or Elton, that is a bridge too far.

Apparently, Chris Hoy, Bradley Wiggins, Jason Kenny and Chris Boardman are doing a rendition of 'I Want To Ride My Bicycle', 'The Pushbike Song' and 'Fat Bottomed Girls' while Victoria Pendleton, Joanna Rowsell, Laura Trott, Nicole Cook and Lizzie Armitstead ride around the track naked - so my mate says.....

I loved it, too many omissions though, where was Adele, Eric Clapton, Rolling Stones, and apart from one piece by Julian Lloyd Webber no stirring classical music.
