Really are causing me bother :0(

Started at 7am today so was up at 6....-here i am stil awake and a wee bit panicky :(

i'm in the same boat.

keep waking up every 90 mins or so -- hard to get back to sleep--- alarm clock set for 0430 wake-up to go to early shift at work.

i'm going to be exhausted.

Same here with the pain from fibromyalgia,dont know the last time i had a decent sleep.
Tink u have my sympathy. Insomnia has become a regular awaintancw of mine! I take 2 x piriton (double the rec dose) and a whiskey. Tho last night it still did not work !
Are you doing regular shifts? Work will make you tired but it's very hard to get into a routine if it's not a regular pattern. Plus, it's still early days, your mind is probably doing overtime...give it time x

Regular work yeah- but its always going to be all over the place :0(

When i feel tired ..which i was seriously tired yesterday when i came in...my body goes into panic mode its almost like im scared to sleep...id never have considered sleeping tabs before but honestly if i thoughy i could get them to take on even just my day off..i would.

Im at my wits end...thought all this was done with! X

I take the odd night nurse, but i dont want to do that all the time. Soooooo frustrated xx
