Latest outburst from one of M'luds! I just don't think that judges seem to have any idea what most of us must live with. Is it time to get some judges that have actually lived a real life?

A Complete idiot, I only wish Rochford would break into the judge's house and let him see what it's like to have some nasty little ratface going through his belongings. Will the judge get any comeback for this bad decision?

That excuse for a judge should try living in the real world. It is sickening and frightening to come home to find one's home has been broken into and one's possesions rifled or stolen. Even worse to find the home trashed and soiled. Has the judge noticed that this is illegal? Are we supposed to congratulate and cheer because some low-life has been brave enough to violate someone else's home? Can judges be struck off? Or perhaps struck down.

According to a comment I read yesterday by a barrister who has dealings with this judge and first hand knowledge of him, he was quite surprised by the comments and sentence because he has a reputaton for being a tough judge and handing out tough sentences.

In that case perhaps the judge is going soft in the head and needs to be removed from office pronto.

Many years ago we had a judge in Australia who said that "no sometimes means yes" when considering a rape trial.

LOL Lazarus! Thanks but no thanks. Politicians, constitutionally, are unable to interfere with the specifics of the "legal" processes nor appointments or dismissals. That is left to the judiciary's idiotic cronies. Anyway, many politicians are as out of touch with reality as the "judiciary".
Hope this is not a diversion or ignore it friends! I believe that judges, magistrates and legal representatives should have no immunity from procecution for criminal incitement, slander or libellous statements etc which they spout in Court. This would NOT be applicable to defendants, plaintiffs, winesses, jurors etc who deserve their freedom to say their piece.
