Just had friend on phone again.
Would you class a visit to a lapdancing club & paying for a private session a dumpable offence? Or even cheating?
The guy in question was alone btw. Not in a group :0(

Watching a stripper is one thing, paying for a private performance in a private room - the sum total of £240 - is quite another.
Either way, he doesn't sound like marriage material.

If compared to a male stripper on a hen night then no.
I've been to lap dancing clubs and had a couple of private sessions. Generally speaking it's no touching even privately (although one did offer more which I refused) For me it was a laugh in my 20's.
I wouldn't go to a lap dancing club now, but then, when I was 22 and single it didn't matter.
For me personally it's a form of cheating and could give someone the excitement to move onto other things.

My OH doesn't have a problem with other blokes being 'entertained' in this way, if that's what they want - he just says it's not for him. He's turned down stag do's because he's not interested, and I certainly haven't tried to stop him going. Quite the opposite, in fact.
It's been said before - not all men are lecherous, nor are they henpecked because they choose not to partake.

griffindoor. I think you are absolutely right. A young single bloke in his late teens early twenties usually would go for laugh with his mates. A mature man with a partner, unless they are deprived (or depraved!) wouldn't be that interested, and a mature elderly man going alone is just simply very sad and seedy.
