I have found threadworms in my poo and I have found out from this site what to do - Thank You - I have also been sick a couple of times over the past few weeks - Could this be linked?

I don't know about humans but I believe animals are sick sometimes when they have worms.
I would say it is unlikely to be connected, but Im not an actual doctor, so would suggest a visit to your GP if you are worreid. Does the leaflet say anything about sickness being a symptom? I know that things like infection, incontinence and cystitis can be symtoms, but only if the person has had them for a long time. Normally they are very hard to ignore and people tend to get rid of them as soon as they appear because they are soooo irritating.

Best bet get it checked at the docs.
You could have food poisoning and thats why you picked up worms from an infected food. Probably gone off meat.
