Ok, fried and onion then added cumin, paprika, hot chilli and garlic.
Browned mince and drained.
Added onion mix, 300ml beef stock, tin chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, more garlic, small carton red wine, salt, diced red pepper, tin peas, tin red kidney beans, splish worcester sauce.
Simmered till reduced. Needed a bit more chilli.
It tastes good....i can certainly taste the cumin and paprika and the worcester sauce always gives things a bit of zing.
have i missed anything ?
Will be served with rice and soured cream

Suggestions:
Make some espresso, pour it in.
Make sure you roasted your toms and onions, blitz them, pour in
Lots of chilli and garlic.
If it tastes too bitter after you've brought it down try adding a little minced ginger, cider wine vinegar or some brown sugar.
Oh, and make sure you squeeze a lime in it about 30 sections before serving :)
