OUT but we will never get a straight question .
D.C said this morning: in the manifesto it would be : Do you want the Conservative party to negotiate a reform of the EU ? This was in the middle of a lot of waffle so he could have meant something different .
Many people would say yes to that but after they got re-elected and failed to get any real reform , what then ?
My guess in time we might get a wishy washy question in a referendum .
but by then DC would have achieved another term in government, for better or worse.
One thing in his favour he has at least promised a referendum which is more than Labour.
