Whilst front fog lights being on all the time are nothing more than posers and clowns, rear fog lights, unless used properly are are nightmare. In recent months I have been behind cars with the rear fog lights on when you could see for miles. On the very rare occasions I have used mine, I turn them off when I see a vehicle in my rear view mirror. I think some of them think the mirror is there as a vanity accessory,
People parking on the wrong side of the road with headlights on show no consideration for other road users.
I was driving on a 40 mph stretch of road the other day. A car was parked with no lights on (1 offence), facing the wrong way (another offence) and where there were double white lines in the middle of the road (another offence and one that carries points). It made my day when a police car pulled up and started to write out a ticket. Speed limit above 30 mph = side lights on (both sides and not just one) whether there are street lights or not!
