Frozen Shoulder
I have just been told that I am suffering from a Frozen Shoulder.
My Doctor tells me that there is no cure or treatment on offer - (other than painkillers) - and that I must be prepared to suffer it for eighteen months.
Apparently after that time it will finally go away by itself.
Has anyone ever managed to find a way of speeding up the healing process - eighteen months seems an awfully long time to wait for relief !

My GP was useless, said I had strained my tricep muscle and gave me some diclaphenic tablets, they made me feel awful! I took matters into my own hands, went to an osteopath who also gave me acupuncture, that did give some relief. Voltarol gel I found good also. Painkillers, I took Co-Codamol dispersable, max dose!
Keep trying things until you find the combination that helps with the pain.
