Beef:

as a steak with all the trimmings
Something foreign - curry and rice or beef in black bean sauce

Pork
As a roast dinner
cured or processed such as gammon or Sausages
something foreign vindaloo or casserole

Lamb
Roast dinner
cottage pie or meatballs
something foreign lamb bhuna or kebab

Southern fried chicken, coleslaw and salad
Steak with pepper sauce etc
Roast Pork with roasted apples
Roast lamb is my favourite

Chicken - foreign like a thai curry or stir fry.
Beef - Steak! Peppercorn sauce to accompany. Also in pies.
Pork - Bacon.
Lamb - If I have a roast I usually go for the lamb. But I also like lamb in Indian dishes too.

Mostly it will depend on my mood.
