I'm keen to associate myself with any ABers who might share my passion for the pub sized green baize...

Do you play? Do we live in reasonable distance to meet for tournaments/practice/team play??

My best period was about 30 years ago - one Tuesday at the local pub, winner stays on, I was unbeaten after 17 games (including beating some who played for pub teams) and two days later another 15 games unbeaten. On a separate occasion about then I took great delight in taking money off a cocky bloke who boasted about playing for the county.

not literally, but i play there a bit 2,480 games as 1player & 535 as another -lol
