Also, Great British Kitchen website site at: http://www.greatbritishkitchen.co.uk/ is quite good, and there are few ethnic sites I like, like the pages at http://www.recipesource.com/ethnic/africa/middle-east/turkish/ which has a lot of unusual link pages.
Happy reading.
The BBC website is a fantastic resource for recipes. The search engine allows you to search very generally (e.g. by putting 'beef recipe' - without the quote marks - into the search box) or for a specific recipe. (I've just answered another question by putting 'Jerk Chicken' - again, without the quote marks - into the search engine).
By using the BBC home page, rather than the webpage of a particular food programme, you search the whole of the BBC's site so that you can find recipes which are, for example, hidden on the pages of BBC local radio stations.
The BBCs website is the largest in the world (and we all pay for it through our TV licence) but it's still a vastly under-used resource.
