I got one of these, never used it, and cancelled it over the phone. I've just got a bill for £25 and a letter mentioning missed payments. How do I get them to stop the letters?

Is the £25 for some sort of annual fee? Is there a statement showing what the amount is for?

I never used the card so the £12.49 must be some kind of monthly fee. I wouldn't mind paying this £25 if I knew that would be the end of it.
