Many years ago for school dinner I had Baked Mash as second helpings.It was so yummy.Does anyone else remember It? I would love to know how to perfect it.I've tried several times but it never seems so good as I remember it at school
I may be a little late, but if you wanted something a little different you can alway turn it into a kind of Gnocchi by adding an egg and flour.
Add egg
Add flour until it turns into a dough
Roll out into little snakes
Chop into little Gnocchi sized pieces
Boil for a couple of mintes (until they begin to float)
Make a sauce or just have with olive oil, salt and pepper.
