I have been experiencing this for about 2 weeks now on and off. I have put it down to a type of migraine. Has anybody else had this with migraine ?

I know this may sound silly, but I am blaming my recent starting of taking Omega 3. My husband says this is stupid as its only fish oils, but I am starting to wonder. The first week I took the supplement, I was fine, then this started towards the second week of taking them.
I eat quite a lot of salmon so don't think I am allergic to fish. Yes, I have it right now 237SJ, on the left side of my face, from temple to side of lip. Also the other day, I had a funny twitching sensation in my chin, a bit like when your eyelid twitches, but my chin wasn't twitching, it just felt like it.
I associate pins and needles with oxygen starvation caused by interruption in local blood circulation. Are there any other conditions, such as nerve damage which also trigger this symptom?
I am also trying to remember which vitamin causes peripheral nerve damage if you overdose it - is it Vitamin A?
@Fusion5,
my short answer is consult your GP about this and make sure they're aware of what dietary supplements you are taking.
