I would also like to learn how often any work operation requiring 10-20 people working in concert suffers catastrophe from having a single individual working 'off-message' or with some agenda which they may have concealed from their colleageues for years.
In my mind, it's worth the expediture but, perhaps, only in this specific case and, if generic lessons are learned the procedure might not need to be repeated for every single future incidence, when resemblant factors occur.
By the way, wasn't it ten distinct presses of the trigger? Single-shot mode, not a semi-automatic burst?
