Selling An Xbox 360

Are there things we need to do? i.e. take it back to factory settings, take off my son's profiles etc. Just concerned because he has Xbox Live and it has my bank account details etc. in it. Any advice, greatly received. Thanks.

Not sure how much after 22 Nov AB Editor, but we are selling console, 2 wireless controllers, HDMI, Kinect and 21 games for £150 and we have three potential buyers.
