could I scrub the collar of wool coat to get some ingrained foundation make up off without spoiling it. It does say dry clean only but I'm wasting money as it's still there when I get it back?

Have you tried using make up remover wipes?

I certainly wouldn't scrub as you could easily spoil the finish.

Doesn't gentle hand washing do the trick? Use some Stergene.

why don't you take it to the dry cleaners and ask them if they think they can get it out?
