Outlook help please

My hotmail emails have now been taken over by Outlook. And I really don't like it. E.G. I can't find how to send a NEW email. And I can't forward on an email to somone witht sending all the previous correspondence about it. I didn't ask for this Outlook thing. PLEASE can someone tell me how to get back to the old way?

On my Outlook.com web based mail there is a blue "New" at the top of the screen. Just click this to create a new email.

Thanks VHG. I've done that now and sent a new email. Then I managed to change back to the old way now, because I prefer it.
