Thai Dishes
7 Answers
I am going to a Thai restaurant next month - it'll be a first for me, as I've never tried Thai before despite how delicious it looks. I was thinking of making a Thai meal, I fancy making something with prawns however, it must not be over spicy, just something mildly spiced. Can anyone suggest something?

I have always had it with chicken but you could do it with prawn. You can have it with jasmine rice and in Thailand, they do a simple side dish of veg which is stir fried with garlic and oyster sauce (they water that down a bit as it`s gloopy to cook with)
I would suggest you try something like this, where you can get the fresh vibrant flavours coming through and you can easily adjust the amount of chilli you add. http:// www.bbc goodfoo d.com/r ecipes/ 1286/fr agrant- thai-pr awns
