Aristocratic Olympian athlete and administrator (the answer is any term used in racing, or it could be a name of a racecourse. (doesn't give amount of letters)

How about the goldmedal winner in Hurdles at 1924 Olympics. Chariots of Fire and all that.

Thank you to both of you!, I've gone for Exeter Racecourse, it was the Marquess of Exeter in Chariots of Fire, and he also became an administrator for the the Olympic committee, I wouldn't have got there without you both! thanks again.
