moving with children

im am planning to move away with my two children but plan to stay in england. their mum, who left us 5 years ago is threatening to contest this. there is no legal custody rights settled in court. can anyone tell me if she has any legal right to stop us moving

Dont do anything too hasty ... talk to everyone this will effect . Think long and hard before you cause any more pain in your family ... two wrongs dont make a right ...
