Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Good Morning from a somewhat jet-lagged 'Lady Jill' (aka tearinghair).

Back now from California, and unlike James Bond both shaken and stirred. Stirred by the stark beauty of the surrounding mountains, and shaken by an earthquake. It was 5.1 on the Richter scale, nothing too big compared with others, but we were very close to the epicentre so the floor and building shook quite violently. The dog was terrified – hid under a duvet – and the goldfish didn’t swim around for over 24 hours. It brought home to me how strong and how unpredictable natural forces can be.

I’ve been to San Francisco a number of times, but this was my first visit to Los Angeles, the City of Angels; the family moved here two years ago, The temperature was in the mid 70s most of the time, which suited me perfectly; a little chilly first thing in the morning, but lovely sunshine later in the day. All very nice for visitors, but the state is suffering drought conditions so there may be repercussions later in the year.
