Copy And Paste Problem

Today my computer seems to have developed a copy and paste problem, it will left click and highlight whatever I want to copy and paste ( YouTube or text ) and the right click gives me the box containing the options undo, cut, copy, paste, paste and search, delete, select all, edit search engine. I click on copy yet when I want to paste whatever I have copied I right click and the box that comes up says back, forward, reload, save as....., print....., translate to English, view page source, view page info, reload frame, view frame source, inspect element.
But no paste option, anybody know why, please.

I am not getting the option to paste after left clicking, highlighting and clicking on copy, then when I want to paste the box that come up does not contain the paste option.
