At a guess, something starting with 'HP' is likely to be something that arrived on your computer when you installed a printer (or other device manufactured by HP). Removing that software and reinstalling it might fix the problem but, since I've no idea what the program actually is, it's hard to be sure.
Further, it's not clear from your whether you get the 'blue screen of death' as soon as you start up your computer or whether it only occurs later. If it's the former it could be hard to fix the problem because you can't get into Windows. If it's the latter it might be simpler.
If nobody posts a solution to your problem, try entering Windows Safe Mode (by pressing F8 during the startup process and selecting 'Safe Mode' from the options available to you). Then run System Restore (from Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools) to take your computer's registry back to the most recent available date when everything was working normally. (That, of course, assumes that you can actually get into Windows Safe Mode to start with. If you can't get past a blue screen you'll probably need a computer technician's direct help).

Thank you Bunchico. Your post sort of rings a bell....
The problem first started last evening when I had been using my printer. After using it a while it wouldn't print, but would scan.
Would you suggest I uninstall the printer and reinstall it to see if that solves the problem. The HPCEE.exe is on my screen again now..so yes that is what I am seeing.

Hello and thank you all who have kindly been trying to help me. Had a busy day with husbands hospital appointments.
The bad news is I can no longer get onto the laptop. It gets to my sign in page then flickers on a blue screen!
Its 8months old so am praying PC world will be able to fix it,otherwise I am stuffed.
I am on my tablet now but its too fiddly for more than the odd message.
I'll update sometime soon I hope. Thank you

Phewwwwww
I did a right click on the flashing blue page...to see a shaky page of words letter and numbers that meant nothing to me...I managed to read a few words here and there as I sat staring at it not knowing what the heck it was all about.
Somewhere I saw the words reset to factory setting..or something like that...so I clicked on it.
I had the option to start so I did!!! After 4 hours it was only 36% complete and envisaged sitting here til 3 in the morning waiting for it to reach 100%.
Suddenly it whizzed along to reach the magic number. I watch scared to touch a thing as my laptop restarted and performed a few tasks.
Hey presto here I am. Lady luck was on my side it was do or die.
I am truly no use with anything technical so its a real fluke I am able to tell the tale at all.
Thank you again xxxx
