Lethargic Dog

Our 8yr old cavvie is very lethargic /restless.....not crying in pain...... eating and drinking as normal......... falling asleep in a sit position..... seems to go in a trance or just staring at the tv!!! any suggestions dog lovers!!!

Cavvies are prone to so many ailments...how long has this been going on and when did she/he last visit a vet?

still the same!!! he was last at vet 10 days ago with vomiting and diorhea. just finished antibiotics abt 5 days ago
