At this moment I feel as if I'm 80, after a day digging my female' friend garden, she has just told me she has cancer, her Ex does not want to know!what about you?

Never good to hear that kind of thing, hope you can bring some solace TWR. I'm 47, feel like a hundred though...lack of sleep, too much work....usual culprits...wish I could have a lottery win that I could retire on...just to slow up if nowt else!!

Eccles I have not taken offence so don't worry about that, Ican stand things like that It's her Ex that's pizzed me off with hit sht excuses, an Ex mate of mine of 40+years.

What should the ex do? If my ex became ill I wouldn't be there to support him.

I don't agree. They have new lives now. He should be there to support their children.

In my mind - as always, I am twenty-five, chronologically, I am fifty-nine.

After the weekend at Download, where I picked up a trapped nerve in my back, and treatment in it yesterday, I feel about one-hundred-and-five, but I will be better after another session tomorrow.

I can't control ageing, except mentally, and I nailed that years ago!
