One man, two jobs. massive salary.
The NHS is falling apart and this man, doing 2 part time jobs!!
Wonder how many more are in on the bandwagon.

Whilst in my experience a lot of these very senior staff are part of some old boys' network, rely on style rather than substance and often use smoke and mirrors to give the impression they are doing a good job, there are also some very talented people and we should try to use them in the best way we can. They command a high salary because they have skills (or appear to have) that most of us do not have.

Not bad is it, considering I've not had a pay rise in 3 years.
Also, my former boss recently had a pay-off of £200,000 pounds. Again, not bad as a reward for failure and ineptitude, yet we were told it was 'value for money'.
I frankly found it obscene.
