Tendonitis in my foot is causing swelling and discomfort, do the pain killing creams help with relieving this anybody know ? I am taking ibrofen at present.

I am not a fan of the analgesic creams.....but you could try.

Make sure that you are taking a proper dose of Ibuprofen...400mgs in the UK.

I started with Achilles tendonitis last year (it's recently flared up again) and was told ibuprofen gels are ok with pain near the surface and was shown some stretching exercises which really did help.
