Broadband Speed

Would it make any difference if I changed from Orange to BT broadband or does it just depend on where you live?

If EE can give you Fibre Optic Broadband then so can BT who control the landlines to your property.

Just had a chat with BT, they can do unlimited 36 mb/s + BT sport for £20 a month, I'm paying for the sport anyway so I might as well go for that

I think it does. We were on about 4 - 5 mb with BT, friends elsewher were on 1.5mb with Orange - same exchange, BT wiring.

We have BT, panky, admittedly with fibre optic, and the speed is really fast. Very pleased with them, we've been with them some years now.
