Movie From The 1990's

I don't know if anyone can help but I watched a movie in the 1990's which was about a female photographer or model (not sure which). She was being stalked by a killer and everyone she came into contact with ended up dying. At one point I thought the killer was the goldfish! The twist was that she was in the fact the killer because she was suffering from schizophrenia. Can anyone please please help. I would love to watch this again.

I can only think of The Eyes of Laura Mars with, I think, maybe Faye Dunaway?
