Good morning everyone - typical Easter Monday here, it's raining !! So glad we're not joining the hordes of people driving home at the end of a long weekend
- there's always a few clowns who have to beat all the rest home !!

Now how did we go with the matches - err, well, not so good really -

White Bread ??????? what happened there ??

And the best effort came from KETTLEDRUM who managed to connect the first two for a score of three and also JRB who suggested Private Lives and was close enough to pick up the bonus points ....guess we were all on an Easter break !!

Ok so next week is round two - shall we all try to do better then ??

I'm in your part of the world, Seekeerz. Was planning on racing at Randwick on Saturday, only to have it cancelled. So went to see a friend in Canberra instead. Unfortunately we've got other things planned for today when the racing is rescheduled.

Looked like it might have gone the same way again today and our picnic races at Oakbank has had rain and strong gusty winds so glad I'm not there !!

I've managed to get one winner so far at Randwick and maybe another to come so fingers crossed !!

Congratulations on your winner. I had a small flutter (Matilija) that came third, so came out a TINY bit ahead. On the whole we weren't sorry, after all, not to be there, but it looked to be lovely weather at Sandown
